• A group of older women walking and laughing

• Sweating

• A good stretch after a run

• Discovering a new show that speaks to my history loving heart

• The joy I find in sharing this show and what I am learning with others

• Blue and white pjs

• Two cups of breakfast tea this morning

• Tea with a friend in the afternoon

• The relaxation in my body after intentionally moving it

• Gorgeous bouquets made from Trader Joe’s flowers

• The feel of smooth, freshly shaved and moisturized skin

• Looking forward to tea tomorrow morning

• Being asked to officiate someone’s wedding (truly such a joy and such a gift)

• Getting to connect with people, to laugh with them, and to share with them

• Being invited and trusted to care for others

• The hope for a good’s night sleep, encouraged by the fact that I exercised
