A Valentine’s Day Blessing

I wrote this blessing to offer over staff today. I hope it will bless you as well. Valentine’s Day is one of my favorite holidays—my mom always made it special, thus making it less about romantic love and more about love in general. The world could use a little more love and I hope and pray that love finds you and provides strength and nourishment for your journey. Peace and Blessings.

May peace fill this space, fill your hearts, and your minds.

May Love be especially present today. Filling hearts, bringing comfort, providing strength, nourishing you, and overflowing.

May Love find you and meet you where you are. May you be filled with it and surrounded by it.

May Love flow from all the hearts of those you encounter.

May compassion touch your heart and flow from it. May it flow from all those you meet.

May peace, joy, and love find you this day and every day and may they sustain you on this journey of life.
